Sinful Colours Cinderella

Hi peeps! 

So you may or may not have noticed I have been missing from the world of blogging for a few months! Hopefully I am back now.

Thought I would show you my new purchase of this Sinful Colors nail polish in Cinderella. I got this the other day from Boots for £1.99 (bargain!). I would recommend these colours but only if you are prepared to put on 3+ coats and wait a while for them to dry...but for £1.99 you can't complain!

This is a pale blue with pink and gold iridescent sparkle in which looks pretty good if you ask me!

Have you tried any of these colours yet?

Secret Santa with Emily

This is a Secret Santa I did arranged by Rachel in December last year. I received my package from Emily.

Emily included 2 sample candles from Yankee Candle which are my favourite candle brand so I was pretty giddy about those but unfortunately I wasn't able to use the other products! 

The L'occitane lotion was half empty so I wasn't really sure if it had been used or it had evaporated or something! But I thought it was best to probably not use it as I have very reactive skin at the best of times.

I am not a fan of Vaseline as I find it just sits on my lips and doesn't really do much so I gave this and the hot chocolates (which found out after the swap that I can't have due to some ingredients!) to my boyfriend.

You win some you lose some I guess and Emily wasn't to know! If I wasn't so fussy they they would have been perfect.

Anyone else do something similar this Christmas?

More MUA Products Haul

I went a little bit MUA crazy just before Christmas. Here are my spoils...

I originally went on for a bit of a browse and to see if I could get an eyebrow pencil...i didn't get an eyebrow pencil but I did get this super pretty eye shadow in shade 24 pearl. It isn't quite as buttery as I had hoped as I heard lots of good reviews about there single shadows but for £1 who can grumble!

I then went for this gel eyeliner...not sure why because I hardly every wear anything other than kohl but I really like this. It has a brush with it which is handy for travel but I use my benefit get bent liner brush. This stuff lasts all day and then some! This is in the shade underground and is a snip at £3.

I got these because who doesn't love glitter! I would only wear these on a night out but I think they are great addition to my make up collection. Top is Starry Night, bottom is Silver Sparkle and they are both £1.

Next I decided to bulk up my lippie collection as I have recently thrown lots of old lipsticks out.

I went for (L-R) Shade 15 Juicy, Shade 5, Shade 7, Shade 9. These are £1 each...bargain!

I couldn't resist trying one of these Intense Kissed which is like a highly pigmented lipgloss/lipstick. It is amazingly pigmented and I think I may buy more! This is shade Kiss and Tell for £2.

Just Rach Festive Blog Swap with Kelly

So before Christmas I took part in a swap with Kelly. This swap was arranged by Just Rach so that  bloggers could swap products with bloggers around the world. Kelly lives in Estonia so I was super happy to swap with her as I have never been or sampled anything from her country.

Kelly posted my products all festively wrapped so I was very excited when they arrived in the post!

She included lots of lovely things, a manicure set, cinnamon candle, Wet n Wild eye pallet and nail varnish, Art Deco nail varnish, 2 mini polishes, Mascara, Lip Balm, Rimmel lipstick, bath fizz and Chocolate!

Unfortunately I don't think I can use the bath fizz as I don't have a bath! But everything else I am sure to get some use out of!

Berlin Buys

So I recently went to Berlin. I loved it and couldn't leave with out sampling some European drug-store make up.

I picked these all up from a DM store and all together they came to 16 Euros-ish!

This is a gorgeous taupe cream long wear shadow, very sparkly.  Lasts all day with no creasing with a decent primer under it. Looks lovely with a bit of MAC satin taupe over the top too. 

I don't really know why I picked this up because I don't really wear this colour but never mind, I think the pretty baked effect had something to do with it! I guess it would be good in summer. can be used wet of dry. 

So I have mentioned a few times before that I use Benefits Eye Bright in my waterline. This is a similar product but blue. I haven't tried this yet but I'm very intrigued! The only thing with this is that it is a very chubby stick and I don't really know how I going to sharpen it!

This next product is a white loose powder with is suppose to be a camouflage powder but it doesn't really have enough coverage for that so I just use it to set under my eyes on days when I don't want to powder my whole face.

Again this is obviously a white powder for stopping that shiny face look. I have been wanting a white powder for a while because I am still to find a setting powder which is an exact match for my pale skin. Hopefully this will be a solution or I will just end up looking like a ghost!

I would definitely buy more from these brands again if I have the chance especially seen as they were super cheap.

If anyone wants to do a swap from the rest of Europe to the UK I am always interested!

So I have been meaning to do this post since boxing day but for some reason I have been none stop busy! I haven't really done much but still haven't found the time to sit down and blog.

I was so surprised with my nexus which my boyfriend bought me. I would have been happy with just a card but he super spoilt me!
